Vegan mint chocolate chips cookies

This recipe is great your kids will love it and so will you. The dough comes out delicious and has a great brown tone. They will not be crunchy, the cookies will be moist and soft. With these ingredients you will get about 20 cookies. If u can't find vegan mint chocolate chips, you can use simple vegan chocolate chips and add some peppermint, about one quarter of a teaspoon in the dough.

What will you need for this vegan recipe for kids:

3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup vegan mint chocolate chips, or simple
1 Tbsp. cornstarch + 2 Tbsp. water
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp. vanilla



How to do it:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a cookie sheet, or you can line the pan with aluminium foil and grease that. With this method there will be no clean up after you are done.

Combine all dry ingredients. In a tiny bowl, stir together the cornstarch and water until smooth. Add the cornstarch water, margarine and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix until dough forms.

Bake for about 12 minutes. Let them cool on the cookie sheet before removing.
