What will you need for this vegan recipe for kids:
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup vegan mint chocolate chips, or simple
1 Tbsp. cornstarch + 2 Tbsp. water
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine all dry ingredients. In a tiny bowl, stir together the cornstarch and water until smooth. Add the cornstarch water, margarine and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix until dough forms.
Bake for about 12 minutes. Let them cool on the cookie sheet before removing.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a cookie sheet, or you can line the pan with aluminium foil and grease that.
