blueberry scones a vegan recipe for kids
This recipe is adapted from non-vegan recipe.Please follow the order of directions because the dough will be thick and if you wait till the end it will be difficult to add the blueberries because you don't want to get them mashed.

What do u need for this vegan recipe for kids?

1 cup flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. margarine*
1/4 cup "milk"
cinnamon sugar
Preheat the oven to 425°.After that line the baking pan with parchment paper or greased it wastes margarine.Mix the flour sugar and baking powder and then at the blueberries.Add in oil and milk.divide the dough into four portions and sprinkle the tops with cinnamon sugar.Bake for 12 min. If you don't have margarine you can add another tablespoon of oil.
