A friend of mine told me this recipe, he is very happy because hi's kid really likes this. Regular oatmeal is also good but some kids don't like that mushy stuff.
The consistency of this recipe is not mushy and usually kids like it better. Also if your kid like raisins go for it.

So what do u need for this vegan recipe for kids?
3 cups oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
6 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce*
1/2 cup oil
1 cup "milk"
margarine (for greasing baking dish & optional topping)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2-quart glass casserole dish with margarine.
In a bowl, stir all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and stir. Transfer to the casserole dish and cover. Bake for approx. 35 minutes.
