What do u need for this vegan recipe:
1 cabbage
1 onion
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
Preparation:
1. Cook the cabbage in boiling water for 3 mins until tender, then drain.2. Heat the oil in a frying pan then add the onion and cook for 2-3 mins until starting to soften and turn golden.
3. Sprinkle over the caraway seeds and cook for a further 2 mins until fragrant.
4. Stir in the cabbage and heat through.
